La mise au point de la Fédération Thaïlandaise

 

Bingo S est un cheval qu’il ma été demandé de monter au "pied levé" sur un CSO à Pattaya (Thaïlande), lors de lévénement organisé en novembre entre mon écurie et la Fédération Equestre Thaïlandaise.

 

Dans un courrier émanant du Secrétaire général de la Fédération équestre Thaïlandaise au président de la FEI, la Fédération Equestre Thaïlandaise précise les circonstances dans lesquelles jai monté le cheval et mécarte totalement dune quelconque responsabilité dans ce contrôle positif.

 

Toutefois, je mesure à quel point lamalgame avec l’affaire concernant Qalao aux JEM, va être facile pour tous ceux qui voudront le faire, et jassumerai, parce que jy suis contraint par les circonstances, les conséquences sportives et juridiques de cette situation cauchemardesque dont je souhaite toujours sortir blanchi.

Thank you very much for your email. We acknowledged and received notification letter

 

RE: Equine Anti-Doping Rule Violation. Case: 2014/bs09-Bingo S.

 

Following the notification dated February 16, 2015 relating to the positive test for Bingo S. horses testosterone, I would before any response on the background of this case and the circumstances of this positive test, say extremely urgently that the rider Maxime Livio is completely independent of this situation. He has been invited to our competition for a public relationship operation.

 

It is our Federation, which has supplied the horse to Maxime Livio for the jumping sessions.

 

Maxime Livio had no relationship with the horse, nor before or during the jumping sessions. So he is totally foreign to the causes of this positive test.
